DAY 1 - WHAT IS YOUR KARMA?

We’ve all heard of Karma but do you know what it is or why it affects your life the way it does?

If you’re anything like me you probably thought karma was a payback tool that get’s somebody back if they do wrong by you but it may be just a little more than that.

And… it’s very interesting.

DAY 2 - YOUR SUPERPOWER IS MEDITATION

Relaxing the mind and the body takes practice. That’s because the mind is like a spoilt child and has been allowed to do as it pleases for a long time.

Now that you want to still the mind, there’s a battle going on inside your head. But it won’t last forever, creating space inside your head or meditation is about nurturing the soul and it connects you with your inner soul guidance.

DAY 1 - HOW IS GRATITUDE IMPORTANT?

Giving thanks for what we have taps into the Law of Attraction that says “Whatever you focus on, you create more of.” 

Finding something to be thankful for when everything is going wrong can be a challenge but it’s essential in changing the course of your future.

DAY 4 - LOVING YOUR BODY AS IT IS

Loving your body doesn’t mean you have to change it. It doesn’t mean you look at what you have and feel disappointed, regret or even angry that you weren’t born taller or thinner.

It’s time to love your body exactly as it is. What if it’s perfect for you right now? If not now, then when?

DAY 5 - LOVING YOUR INNER CHILD

Today we’re taking the next step on your journey with Inner Child work. This is about honoring the child within and as an adult, making peace with the past so that you can move forward with love.

We all have stuff from the past in our lives, but it’s when you can leave it in the past that your future really begins to shift.

DAY 6 - PATTERNS THAT WORK

We have patterns that keep us safe such as looking both ways when we cross the street, patterns that nourish us, such as the types of food we eat and patterns that make us healthy such as the thoughts we think.

But we also have patterns that sabotage and undermine not only our wellbeing but our relationships. So let’s get new ones.

DAY 7 - BECOME YOUR OWN GURU!

Today we’re going to bring it all together and add one more thing.

That’s a morning routine.

Not the one that you have after you get out of bed. Where you go for a walk or do your yoga, make a cup or coffee and read the mail.

No, I’m talking about a morning routine that is much more powerful than this.
